Window: is a photo feature where we take a peek into the working lives of ordinary Singaporeans. Singaporeans whom we have often overlooked but yet truly deserve recognition for what they have done and have been doing. So every other week, we will go behind the scenes to capture the magical moments of them and the tools of their trade! This week, on our maiden feature, we will bring you into Window: The Red Panther Barber Shop!

The Rediscover crew was down at the National Library yesterday for Total Defense Day 2011! There, we asked the students of NEmation5, their supporters, and VIPs about what HOME IS to them.

We met one of Singapore’s most respected singers, Kit Chan, and were almost too starstruck to ask her to writeboard for us. Having been the voice behind THE most memorable song composed for our country in the recent decades, Kit Chan is also the executive producer for the latest remake of one of the few songs that can make my Singaporean blood tingle with Singaporean pride!
